Our rug Théo Anis

Laur Meyrieux, a new addition to the Toulemonde Bochart team, infuses unparalleled authenticity and sophistication with her Théo rug. Influenced by Japanese culture, she has developed a distinctive design style that combines minimalism and depth. Théo is a tribute to the peace that reigns in Zen gardens, where each component encourages deep reflection.
This green hand-knotted jute rug emanates the tranquility of Japanese meditation sanctuaries. Its natural designs and anise green hues evoke the characteristics of Zen gardens: the carefully raked sand surfaces, the freshness of the ponds and the vigor of the bamboo. Each aspect is designed to arouse an emotion, a moment of tranquility.
Laur managed to encapsulate the soul of these spaces, not only through color but also through texture and form. The use of jute, a material that is both natural and sustainable, accentuates this connection with nature while providing a pleasant feeling underfoot.
Theo is not just a rug; it is an element that tells a story, that of a journey through the soothing landscapes of Japan. It is perfect for those who want to add a nuance of calm and elegance to their living space, while valuing high-quality craftsmanship.
